1. Who are we?

Alveo Search is a trade name of the Compro en España S.L. group, a company specialising in property services in Spain.
Our role is to put property sellers in touch with potential buyers, and to support them through the steps needed to complete the transaction.

We are neither a financial institution nor an investment advisory firm: our role is strictly limited to property brokerage and the administrative follow-up of sales.

2. Data collected

As part of our business, we only collect the data needed for the proper conduct of a sales mandate and the completion of the transaction:
• Identity data (surname, first name, date and place of birth, nationality, etc.)
• Contact details (phone, email, postal address)
• Official and contractual documents relating to the sale or purchase (mandates, title deeds, identity documents, planning certificates, etc.)

3. Legal basis and consent

The processing of your data is based on:
• Your explicit consent, given by signing a sales mandate or a contact form.
• Our legal obligations, in particular regarding fraud prevention, anti-money laundering and compliance with tax and administrative obligations.

4. Use of data

Your data is used only to:
• Check that the documents needed for the transaction are valid and complete
• Put sellers and buyers in touch
• Handle the administrative and legal follow-up with our partner notaries and lawyers

We make no secondary commercial use of your data (resale, marketing outside the property context, etc.).

5. Data sharing and retention

• Your data is shared only with notaries, lawyers and, where necessary, the competent authorities as part of the transaction.
• It is kept for a maximum of 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless the law requires otherwise.
• It is stored on secure servers that comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales, Spain).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:
• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to the processing of your data, unless the law requires otherwise

7. Data security
