Sammy Leguem is head of the Vinaròs office of Alveo Search (Alveo group). Based in Spain for 30 years, he supports international buyers with their plans for a main or second home by the sea.
His area stretches from Tarragona to Castellón, with particular knowledge of the market in Vinaròs and the neighbouring towns, including Peñíscola, Alcossebre and Benicàssim.
Before moving into property, Sammy worked for 17 years at Auchan, where he rose to the position of deputy director. This experience helped him develop his skills in management, organisation and customer relations. He then joined a marketplace operating from Spain for the French market.
After the Covid crisis, he retrained in property and worked for two years as an independent agent with Safti. He then joined Alveo Search to set up the Vinaròs office alongside Thomas Rouer: finding the premises, fitting them out and recruiting the team.
Sammy favours a management style based on support and closeness. He takes part in property searches, meets clients and works alongside the sales team in the field.
With his team, he helps international buyers define their project, compare towns and neighbourhoods, then select the properties that meet their expectations. His support covers viewings, price analysis, negotiation and the steps leading up to signing.
