Seville is a fascinating city. Its sights are many, so we want to give you a few tips so you don't miss the most important ones. Seville is one of the most famous cities in Spain.
Wherever you are in the world, you will hear its name for its feria, its sevillanas, its bullring or its Giralda.
They say Seville has a special colour, and nobody can deny it. Its atmosphere, its scent of spring whatever the month and its beauty make it one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It was even named Best in Travel 2018 by the renowned Lonely Planet.
April is the month to visit Seville. Its feria of world renown is worth seeing at least once in a lifetime. The Feria de Sevilla is more than a fair: it is an event where you can discover all of Seville's traditions, history and spirit. That is why we felt it deserved a place among the essentials in this article.
“Seville is special because it moves and is moved, because it gives shape to the beauty and grace of dreams. Because it is both a muse and an artist, because it lives in the present while projecting its history into the future.” Plácido Domingo

One of Seville's greatest sources of pride is Plaza de España, an iconic place that was built for a world fair in the decade that began in 1920 and that went on to become the most characteristic spot in the city. Its architecture has won over famous film directors such as George Lucas, who filmed some scenes of his best-known saga there: Star Wars.
The Triana bridge, the Triana neighbourhood… Both are among the favourite places of the people of Seville. It is the oldest neighbourhood in the city, and so the one with the most history. Locals say there is no better way to explore it than by horse-drawn carriage, a very Andalusian way of getting around that is still going strong.
Seville Cathedral is the largest in Europe, and its Mudéjar tower is one of its highlights. It stands in the centre of the city and gives the heart of the historic quarter a special, elegant air.
Whatever you do, if you are sightseeing in Seville, leaving without seeing the Torre del Oro would be a crime. Some say its small size is disappointing, but it is an elegant building of Arab origin built on the banks of the Guadalquivir.
Today it houses a naval museum that you can visit for €3. Even if that does not interest you, we recommend going in to climb to the top of the tower and enjoy the wonderful view of the river and Triana. To buy a flat or a house in Seville, contact us! Source: Miviaje
