The Costa Blanca combines climate, beaches, lively towns and a range of budgets, so you can buy to suit your lifestyle.
Support from local, bilingual experts
Rely on a team of property experts based locally, particularly in the Alicante area, to guide you through the whole process. Our fully bilingual advisers know the specific features of the Spanish market, the administrative steps and the legal requirements. They organise viewings, check that properties comply with the rules, recommend professionals for surveys and legal matters, and stay by your side until signing. This personal support reduces risk and simplifies your purchase, with a close relationship and transparency at every step.
Attractive prices and a varied choice
The Costa Blanca offers a range of properties for many types of buyer, with opportunities often seen as more affordable than in other highly sought-after European coastal areas. You will find apartments, villas, village houses and seafront homes, so you can choose according to your budget and your plans. We help you check that prices are fair, compare areas and negotiate on good terms, with no promise of returns but with advice based on the local market.
An attractive climate, quality of life and setting
The pleasant climate, the beaches and the closeness of the sea make the Costa Blanca a place for an active, outdoor life all year round for those who want it. The region offers water sports, hiking trails, culture and local festivals that bring people together. For families, retirees or investors looking for a second home, this setting offers a valued quality of life and a warm Mediterranean lifestyle. A welcoming international community makes it easier to settle in.

Frequently asked questions about property on the Costa Blanca
Can a foreigner buy property on the Costa Blanca?
+
Yes. Spain places no nationality restrictions on buying property. You do, however, need an NIE, the foreigner identification number, which is required to sign at the notary's and to open a Spanish bank account. We handle this step as part of our support.
What costs should you budget for on top of the property price?
+
As a rule, allow 10 to 15% of the asking price. This covers transfer tax (ITP) for a resale property or VAT for a new build, notary fees, land registry registration and administrative costs. Our online buying costs calculator gives a detailed estimate by region and type of property.
Do you need to be there in person to buy on the Costa Blanca?
+
No. Many of our clients buy from abroad. Viewings can be done by video call with a written report, and signing at the notary's is possible with a power of attorney. On site, we check what photos do not show: the real condition, the immediate surroundings, any nuisances, compliance.
What checks do you carry out before an offer?
+
We check the property's legal status at the land registry, that there are no debts or unpaid charges, planning compliance, the state of the community of owners and whether the price is consistent with recent sales in the area. These checks take place before any offer, not after.
How long does it take to buy property on the Costa Blanca?
+
From the first viewing to signing, it generally takes two to four months. The timing depends mainly on getting the NIE, any financing and the notary's availability. A cash purchase with a complete file can go faster.
